Join me on Sunday the 10th of May for a 5k in Westminster: Coffee or tea on arrival, a cute scenic 5k in the centre of London, brunch and a fitness panel about recovery.

Pride at the art'otel London Hoxton 2026

My annual Pride class is on Friday the 3rd this year! I am gonna put my wig and high heels on and deliver a Strength and conditioning class to raise money for Mermaids UK, join and connect with an open minded community for a great evening workout.​ Enjoy a Free Hiro ​hydration tube​ and a chance to win a lululemon gift.

Italian Wellness Escape retreat Puglia 2026!

This September, we’ll be hosting our second wellness retreat in the heart of southern Italy, staying in a beautiful countryside property made up of traditional trulli, surrounded by olive trees and open landscapes.

A space to train, unwind , eat well,  and step away from your daily routine into a grounding, supportive, fun and uplifting experience.
